Looking for a little hope?

Rain Brings Frogs: A Little Book of HopeLooking for a little hope?

We all need a little hope every now and then, so why not share Rain Brings Frogs: A Little Book of Hope with your young readers? Maybe your child always see the negative-- a rainy day? It means they can't play. They lost a race? It means they didn't win. This is a great book to share as they'll be able to relate to Nate who sees the positive side of any situation. For example...

When Mom says, I hate rain.
Nate says, rain brings frogs!

When Ben says, not enough.
Nate says, enough to share.

We all have different moods and and go through difficult times, which is why we need a  little Nate in all of us. Sometimes we need that little reminder of all the good things in our life and that we should be grateful for what we've got. After all, behind every cloud there is sun.

  1. This sounds awesome. I write picture books (though I'm prepubbed at the moment) but I read what I write, so I will be looking for this cute little book. Thanks bunches. :-) (I found you from Kidlitosphere email thread.) :-) Have a lovely weekend.
