That rascally rabbit is at it again

Knuffle Bunny Free: An Unexpected DiversionTrixie is back and better than ever! Yesterday marked the release of the conclusion of one of the most beloved picture-book series, Knuffle Bunny Free: An Unexpected Diversion.

In this installment, Trixie is on her way to visit her "Oma" and "Opa" in Holland. That means taking a taxi to the airport, watching Knuffle Bunny go through the big machine, and taking a real airplane. But when Trixie arrives at her grandparents, she realizes something! That's right, Knuffle Bunny is gone! Trixie's dad goes on the usual hunt for that rascally rabbit, but the plane Knuffle Bunny was on, is heading for China! Trixie tries to be brave, but she's still sad. I mean it is her Knuffle Bunny and all. Before she knows it, it's time to go home, but when Trixie gets back on the plane, there's a pleasant surprise that leads to an ending you'd never expect!

Mo Willems has really hit it out of the park with this series and this conclusion is a real tear-jerker. Make sure you have a box of tissues handy as Trixie really does grow up and comes of age!
